ArchiveOne for Domino provides a wealth of features for ensuring compliance with regulatory mandate:
 

• Legal Hold. Ensure that mails that are identified as important to litigation can be placed on legal hold, which prevents them from being modified or deleted until the legal hold is removed.
• Tagging. Tagging allows the administrator or compliance officer to group and annotate sets of emails that are identified by configurable search criteria. Furthermore, the tagging function also provides the ability to add notes and other information to results sets, individual or groups of items to aid the compliance officer in their investigations.
• Sampling. Sampling returns a random selection of the results that would be returned by a given search. This allows the administrator or legal counsel to review the validity and accuracy of search terms without having to check a large number of documents.
